We offer free local pickup in Kailua, Oahu, Hawai’i (96734) to include MCBH. Otherwise, we seek the most cost effective and efficient means of delivery available. We proudly ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses via USPS Priority Mail. Delivery times may vary based on military logistics. For orders over $149.99 we offer free shipping, except for orders which have standup paddleboard paddles, surfboards, surfboard bags and standup paddle board bags. Shipping normally takes 7 - 9 days for apparel and accessories. Shipping for International orders normallt takes 12 - 14 days
Want it faster? We do offer expedited shipping at the rates published in the cart for two day and over night arrivals, except custom made surfboards. Please understand it may take 2 - 3 days to source your selected items prior to shipping them to you, and customized orders may add another 3 - 5 days. Again, except custom surfboards which vary from 60 to 130 days.
Surfboard, surfboard bags and standup paddle board bags shipping times can be 5 – 30 days depending on location and mode of transport. This does not include time to source or manufacture the surfboard. Sourcing the bags can take 4 – 10 days. Currently, we are filling surfboard orders in 90 – 100 days. Complex art or other customization may add to that timeline.
