Bahne Center Fin Boxes or Surf Channels

Since the late1960s Bahne (pronounced [Bay - N]) Fin boxes have been the first and longest made fin boxes continuously made in the USA. Designed by Mr Bahne himself and continued by his son, often called a Surf Channel these are the most commonly installed versatile center fin boxes for decades. Simple, effective and easy to install. We recommend you sand them on the outside and install with two layers of 6 ounce fiberglass. A horizonal bridge keeps the side walls from collapsing while being installed.  After the installation process has been totally completed then remove the bridge.
